Shamsher Ashraf immigrated to the United States in 1991 at just 14 years old, bringing with him a strong sense of responsibility and a drive to succeed. He entered the construction industry in 2002, starting from the ground up and learning every aspect of the trade through firsthand experience.
Over the years, Shamsher built a reputation for his attention to detail, work ethic, and commitment to quality. Under his leadership, Shine Construction Corp. has grown into a multi-million dollar operation, successfully completing over $50 million in residential, commercial, and public-sector projects across New York.
